Hyundai India releases new teaser for the 2024 Creta facelift

Finally, after waiting for so long, the South Korean automotive giant Hyundai Motor India Limited will be taking the covers off of the Creta facelift. Set to unveil on the 16th of January this year, the Hyundai Creta will most likely extend its lead in the mid-size SUV segment despite already being the front runner. Recently, the company, in order to announce the commencement of bookings for this new SUV, has shared a new teaser on its social media platforms. The new teaser features the Creta facelift and Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan.

Hyundai Creta Facelift New Teaser

The teaser of the Hyundai Creta facelift has been shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Hyundai India. It has been shared with a caption stating, “Brace yourself for the Undisputed. Ultimate. Witness @iamsrk with the new #Hyundai CRETA, while they gear up for an epic arrival. Bookings now open!”. It starts off with the shot of the new Creta’s LED headlights and DRLs getting turned on in a pitch-black warehouse.

Soon after, the Bollywood superstar and Hyundai India’s first Indian brand ambassador Shahrukh Khan enter the frame. He then puts his hand on the new Creta facelift finished in Abyss black color. The actor then states his dialogue, “There are only two things in the world of which the entire world is addicted”. He then continues, “We both are coming” after this teaser ends.

2024 Hyundai Creta Facelift

Recently, the company released a few additional pictures of the new Creta facelift. These new pictures have revealed that this time around the company is not just going to offer a few minor cosmetic changes. Rather, it has completely redesigned the car from the outside as well as the inside. The car will get a brand new front fascia, rear end design, and an updated and modern-looking interior with a number of new creature comfort features.

It has also been stated by the company that the new Creta facelift will be offered in 6 monochrome color options and a single dual-tone color option as well. The 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift will be offered in Robust Emerald Pearl (New), Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey. In addition, a dual-tone color option will be made available as well, which will be the Atlas White with Black Roof. Apart from this, the new Creta will be offered in 7 main variants which will be E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, and SX (O). In total, there will be 28 variants out of which 17 will be petrol models and 11 will be diesel models.

The company has also announced that the new SUV will get an additional new 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine making 158 bhp and 253 Nm of torque, in addition to the powertrains offered in the outgoing model. At the moment, the company offers the Creta with a 1.5-litre diesel and a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. The new SUV, in total, will get four transmission options including a 6-speed manual, 6-speed torque converter automatic, a DCT, and IVT transmission.
