Hyundai Venue, the latest product from the South Korean brand was launched by the Indian brand last month and it has already gained massive popularity in the market. The delivery of the Hyundai Venue has already started the delivery of the car all over India. It should be noted that like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai does not offer any dealer-level exterior customisation option, however, there are many aftermarkets modification experts who have started the modifications based on the Venue. Here is the first video of India’s first modified Hyundai Venue.
The video has been uploaded by Vinay Kapoor who has also modified the vehicle. According to the video, the modification job or the wrap job is known as the “Corp Class” and it is aimed at the corporates who want a different looking vehicle from the rest without the vehicle being extremely loud. Since Hyundai Venue is expected to be a massive seller in the market, this wrap job will surely add an identity to the car and make it look different from the rest.
The changes include a gloss black wrapping on the roof of the vehicle that adds a dual-tone effect to the vehicle. At the front, the large grille of the car gets a few red highlights, that adds a new character to the car and makes it look quite good. The random highlights on the grille make the car look extremely good. The bonnet lid also gets some additional graphics that add a sporty look to the vehicle.
On the side, a similar red highlight can be seen. It gets minimal red highlights on the wheel arches and the lower crease of the vehicle. Also, the alloy wheels get partially highlight. With the new look, it will attract a lot of eyes on the roads and it is quite possible that many will get inspired by this minimal wrapping job in the future and will get similar things done.
This is strictly a wrapping job and no kind of modification or alteration has been done to the vehicle. Wrapping is a safe way of trying out a new look for any car as it is not permanent and can be ripped out easily. Also, wrapping does not involve in painting the vehicle in permanent colour, which in turn makes sure that the owner does not have to do any endorsements on the RC. The exact price of this wrap job is not known but it should not cost more than Rs 5,000 at the most. The same wrap job can be seen on a white coloured car and a silver coloured car and it looks good on both of them.
The Hyundai Venue takes on the likes of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport, Tata Nexon and Mahindra XUV300 in the Indian market. It gets three engine options including a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol and a 1.4-litre diesel engine. The 1.0-litre petrol engine also offers the unique 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
