In just a span of three months, the Hyundai Creta compact SUV has managed to cross a staggering 1 lakh bookings. The newest facelift of the Creta was launched on January 3rd this year. 2024 Hyundai Creta review

Hyundai Creta crosses 1 lakh bookings

In addition to the sunroof being a popular feature amongst Creta buyers, Hyundai Motor India has also revealed that 52 percent of all Cretas booked have been opted with connected car technology. This buying trend reveals that Indian car buyers are now opting for more premium models and features.

For those who may think that Creta gaining 1 lakh bookings in just 3 months is a big deal, it has to be remembered that the mark of 50,000 bookings was achieved by the end of the first month. This success comes on the back of the popularity of the previous iterations of the Creta in India. The SUV has been leading the segment for a while now.

Why is the Hyundai Creta so popular?

Now that we have mentioned that the Creta is the most popular compact SUV in the country, you may be wondering why the Creta has so many buyers in India. Well, the answer to your question lies in the following five reasons.

Fresh looks

2024 Hyundai Creta review

One of the first reasons behind the success of Creta in India is its looks. The Creta, when it was first launched, already looked very bold and aggressive. Ever since then, the company has been radically changing its design.

Fortunately, despite initial reservations, all of the Creta exterior designs were accepted by the buyers. The newest model is no exception and it offers a completely new and modern appearance. It gets connected LED headlights, taillights, and a bold front end. The overall proportions of the SUV are also good.

Spacious cabin

2024 Hyundai Creta review

The Creta, despite being smaller than full-size SUVs, offers a very spacious cabin. The use of light-colored materials on its inside adds to the airy feeling of this SUV. The interior layout of the Creta has been made even more minimalistic, which adds to the cabin feeling spacious.

The seats are well-structured and offer great comfort and support. In addition, the materials used inside feel premium which adds to the overall appeal of the new Creta.

Feature loaded

In addition to feeling spacious on the inside, the Hyundai Creta also comes loaded with features. The list of its features includes a full-TFT cockpit with seamlessly integrated 10.25-inch screens for the new infotainment system and instrument console. It also gets a panoramic sunroof and leather upholstery.

Other features of the Creta include an 8-way powered driver’s seat, ambient lighting, rear sunshade, ventilated front seats, wireless charger, drive and traction control modes, premium BOSE audio system, and cooled glovebox. It also comes with a full suite of ADAS level 2 features.

Multiple drivetrain options

Apart from looking good on the outside and the inside, the Hyundai Creta comes equipped with multiple drivetrain options. Because of this, there is a Creta for each and every type of buyer. Hyundai has retained two engines from the previous facelift models.

The first is a 1.5-litre 115 PS naturally aspirated petrol engine and 1.5-litre 115 PS diesel engine with a standard 6-speed manual gearbox. There is an optional CVT for the petrol and 6-speed automatic for the diesel version.

Hyundai has added the third option of a 1.5-litre 160 PS and 253 Nm of turbocharged petrol engine as well. This engine comes with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission as standard.

Indian SUV lovers are buzzing with the excitement of the news of Ford’s return to India. The company for this re-entry to the Indian automotive market has planned the launch of its full-size SUV – Endeavour. However, it has now been reported that it could be renamed as Everest. Internationally, Ford sells the Endeavour as Everest, and now India could also get the same badge.

2024 Ford Endeavour side

For those who may not be aware, Ford sells the Everest in a number of international markets. However, as the Everest name was trademarked by another company, it had to settle with Endeavour.

Now reports have suggested that Ford has managed to trademark the name Everest in India and will now launch it with the same. This move could help the brand in strengthening the Everest nameplate.

However, it could create confusion amongst Indian car buyers. This is because it has been called the Endeavour for the longest. The first generation of this SUV was launched back in 2003. It was based on the Ford Ranger pickup truck.

Ford Everest spotted in India

Ford Everest spotted in India

Just a few weeks ago, a fully undisguised Ford Everest was spotted on a flatbed in Chennai. The exact location of this particular car was not revealed.

However, it was noted that it was finished in a silver color and had an Everest badge. In addition, this particular model was equipped with the Trend badge on the left lower part of the bootlid.

The model was most likely the two-wheel drive variant as there was no 4X4 badge on the rear. It is believed that this car has been brought here for testing purposes.

Ford Everest: Details

2024 Ford Endeavour Front

India might not have received the newest generation of the Ford Everest till now. However, our neighbors in Nepal have been enjoying this SUV for a while now. A while ago a video of this SUV being driven in Nepal was shared online.

The model being tested was equipped with beautiful C-Shaped LED headlights, a huge grille with a lot of chrome surrounding it. It also had new LED fog lights, and a completely new front bumper along with a massive new bonnet.

2024 Ford Endeavour side profile

On the side profile, the Nepalese model was equipped with a set of massive 20-inch machined multispoke alloy wheels. It was also equipped with big mirrors with 360-degree cameras, a new bi-turbo logo on the fenders, new side steps, and a lot of chrome.

2024 Ford Endeavour rear

The rear was seen with a set of brand-new LED taillights with the Everest logo encased in a glass section in the middle. This particular model was the top spec model so it had the 4X4 badge as well. Four parking sensors and a reverse camera were also present in this model.

Interior and powertrain

2024 Ford Endeavour interior

On the inside, this particular model was equipped with a massive vertically mounted 12-inch touchscreen infotainment screen. In addition, it was seen with an automatic climate control system with rotary dials. The overall cabin of the upcoming Everest will be very premium and modern.

As for the drivetrain, the Nepalese model was equipped with a bi-turbo engine which makes 200 bhp and 500 Nm of torque. However, it might not be offered in India.

2024 Ford Endeavour off-roading

Reportedly, the India-spec model will come with the same old single-turbo engine. This engine makes around 170 bhp and 420 Nm of torque. This motor will make the 2024 Everest less powerful than the current market leader – Toyota Fortuner.

Volkswagen Virtus GT Gets Stuck In Sand: Tractor Pulls It Out [Video]

Driving a two-wheel-drive car through sand or difficult terrain is risky. We have seen people attempt such stunts and end up in trouble. Here, we have a video where a YouTuber drove his Volkswagen Virtus GT into loose sand and got stuck. The sedan was so badly stuck that it had to be recovered using a tractor.

The video was shared by Yagya Sharma on his YouTube channel. In this video, the vlogger starts by sharing clips of himself having fun with his Virtus sedan in an open field with loose sand. The vlogger admits that he was doing donuts, and the only reason he came to the spot was to make a video for his channel.

While trying to do donuts, the car went a bit too far off the track and ended up in a section with deeper sand. The Volkswagen Virtus, as we know, is a front-wheel-drive sedan, and the moment the wheels got stuck, they completely lost traction, and the front wheels started spinning. The vlogger can be heard saying in the video that he had come to the same spot the previous night and did similar stunts.

As it was dark, he didn’t bring his camera, and the only reason he came back was to make a video or content out of it. He did eventually create content, but it was not about the stunt; it was about the stunt gone wrong. He tried to recover the car from the sand on his own, but that didn’t work at all.

It looks like the vlogger was on a road trip and was currently in Rajasthan when his car got stuck. The vlogger even put stones in front of the front tires to see if the front wheels would get traction. None of the tricks that the vlogger had up his sleeves worked here. He then spotted a local who offered to help.

Virtus stuck in sand
Virtus stuck in sand

The vlogger started talking to the locals about how he ended up in this situation. He explained that he was completely aware of the risks, but he really wanted to make a video, and that’s how he ended up getting his car stuck. He was worried about the gearbox, as there have been instances where the transmission has overheated in such situations.

After waiting for some time, a local arrived with a tractor. The tractor was attached to the Virtus with a thick rope, and within seconds, the Virtus was out of the sand. The vlogger tried to get his car out after the tractor pulled him out, but the sand was so loose that the front wheels were once again digging in.

The tractor driver and the locals asked the driver to move the car in reverse so that the tractor could pull the car out completely to a spot with solid ground. The YouTuber followed the instructions, and the car was finally free. He then drove the car back to his hotel. The owner mentions that the gearbox is not showing any signs of issues at the moment.

Front-wheel-drive vehicles or 2WD cars are not meant for off-roading, and this video is a good example of why. Even a 4×4 is of no use without proper equipment and experience. Owning a 4×4 won’t make you invincible. There have been cases where Mahindra Thar and other proper 4×4 SUVs have gotten royally stuck.

Tata Harrier Owner Buys Facelifted Harrier After SUV Saves Them In Crash [Video]

Tata cars are known for their build quality, and we have seen several cases where occupants have escaped from major accidents without any injuries in Tata cars. Here we have one such story of a husband and wife from Pune who bought a Tata Harrier facelift after their pre-facelift version of the SUV saved their lives in a crash.

The video has been shared by DDS on their YouTube channel. In this video, the presenter speaks to the couple who recently bought the Tata Harrier facelift. The couple mentions that they were earlier using a Tata Harrier Dark Edition. The SUV was almost three months old and had only completed 5,000 km on the odometer.

On a rainy day when the couple was out on the road inside the city, a Maruti Brezza SUV rear-ended their SUV and damaged the car badly. The impact was so hard that the Harrier was pushed on top of a divider in the middle of the road. The airbags deployed on time, and the occupants were all safe. Both of them walked out of the SUV without any injuries.

The occupants in the Maruti Brezza were injured and were taken to the nearby hospital. The crash was so bad that the spare wheel mounted under the floor fell down, and the engine from the front also dropped on the road. The car was taken to the service center, and insurance was claimed. Upon inspection, the insurance company found that the cost of repairing this SUV was around Rs 25 lakh, which was way over the price of the vehicle.

So, they declared it a total loss, and the claim was passed. After this, the couple started looking for other options. They drove cars like Hyundai Creta, Mahindra XUV300, Volkswagen Taigun, and many other models in the market. A few days after the accident, the facelift of the Harrier and Safari had also launched in the market.

The customer finally made up his mind and went ahead and booked the Harrier. However, he had to wait for almost three months before he could take delivery. In these three months, he had several thoughts coming to his mind. He was even planning to cancel his booking with Tata and go and pick up a Hyundai Creta.

Just as he was about to do it, he got a call from the Tata dealership telling him that his car had arrived and they could take delivery at the earliest. The customer has bought the Pure+ S variant which comes with all necessary features like automatic climate control, panoramic sunroof, rear AC vents, 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, multi-function steering wheel, cruise control, fully digital instrument cluster, and so on.

The owner mentions that with the BS6 phase 2 in place, he feels the engine in the Harrier facelift has become a lot more refined. The hydraulic steering wheel has also been updated, and the facelift now comes with electric power steering which is much lighter and easier to use in the city.

The owner mentions that he has not faced any issues with the vehicle yet and has had a good experience from the dealership and service center with both the older and the newly bought Harrier. The build quality of the SUV is what made them chose Harrier again. Tata Harrier and Safari both scored 5 star rating at Bharat NCAP crash test.

There are probably few names as legendary as Sachin Tendulkar in the world of Indian, or even global, cricket. Known as the “Master Blaster,” Sachin, apart from cricket, has a deep-rooted passion for expensive luxury cars. The cricketer owns a number of them, and recently he was spotted with his Rs 4.18 crore Lamborghini Urus S. Apart from this, he also has a number of other unique cars in his garage.

The pictures of the iconic Indian batsman with his Lamborghini have come courtesy of Supercars Club India. In one of these images, Sachin was sitting on the driver’s seat of his SUV. Meanwhile, the other pictures show his SUV parked outside a stadium.

Sachin Tendulkar’s Lamborghini Urus S

The Urus S has become Sachin Tendulkar’s first-ever Lamborghini. He has opted for a very classy-looking Blue Eleos color for his SUV. It is a bright metallic blue color which has been complemented with silver alloy wheels. These are massive 22-inch diamond-cut machined alloy wheels.

Sachin Tendulkars Urus

It has to be mentioned that when Sachin Tendulkar took delivery of this SUV, it did not feature a Urus Performante-style carbon fiber wing. It also did not come with carbon fiber front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser. However, the recent pictures show all of these modifications.

Most likely Sachin Tendulkar got them from an aftermarket brand. Most likely, it could be from Mansory, which is a popular brand that makes body kits and body parts for the Urus. However, it could also have come from 1016 Industries. The exact brand of these modifications is currently unknown.

Apart from this, the cricketer from the factory ordered his Urus with a unique interior. The seats of his SUV are finished in black Alcantara. However, they have a decent amount of orange accents in them. This goes well with the orange-painted calipers of his SUV (which have been painted recently).

Lamborghini Urus S comes equipped with an air suspension system, while the Performante features a lowered, fixed-coil setup designed for enhanced handling. The Urus S offers adjustable height and provides a more comfortable driving experience.

The power is sent to all four wheels using Mercedes’s 4MATIC technology. We are not sure which variant Sai Tamhankar has actually opted for.

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut also bought a brand-new Maybach GLS600 SUV. Popular screenwriter from Bollywood Haarsh Limbachiyaa also bought a brand-new GLS SUV.

All of the painted body panels of this micro-SUV have been wrapped in this unique color. Apart from two racing stripes finished in black, have been added. These stripes run from the bonnet all the way to the rear. Other than these modifications, the car looks pretty much stock.

Pink: A bold color choice

In India, when people decide to wrap their cars, they do not opt for the pink color. Many people associate it with being feminine in nature. However, this color looks very good on cars, especially when it has been executed perfectly. Here in this case, it looks very good, and the combination of black and pink has grabbed the eyeballs of a lot of people.

The man was seen driving this Range Rover Sport in Surat, Gujarat. He was accompanied by a Yellow Lamborghini Urus SUV on the road. The video then showed this Range Rover in a society. There was also a drum player as well in the video who was playing it in front of the car for the celebration.

The cost of this top-of-the-line Phantom is Rs 12 crore. Nita Ambani has custom ordered this sedan according to her taste. She has opted for a very beautiful-looking dual-tone paint job. The top half is painted in Velvet Orchid, and the lower half in Rose Quartz shade.

Hyderabad Police Crushes 1,000 Modified Silencers: Crackdown on Illegal Silencers

The Hyderabad police authorities during a crackdown on illegal silencers managed to seize 1,000 of them. Recently a video along with pictures have been shared online of all these seized silencers. Following their seizure, the police ordered a road roller to crush all of the 1,000 silencers to set an example. Just a few days ago Pune police also did something similar.

Hyderabad police crushes 1000 silencers

The visuals from the crushing of these silencers have come courtesy of Naveena from X (formerly Twitter). The video has been shared with the caption stating, “Hyderabad cops destructed about 1000 modified silencers of bikes.”

The post added, “As per the amendment of Section 190(2) of the Motor vehicle Act, fitting pressure horn and modified silencers on your bike causing Air and noise pollution is punishable with fine upto Rs. 10000/- and imprisonment upto six months.”

As per the post, this penalty will apply only if the pressure horn or modified silencer produces more than 80 decibels of noise.

Why is this crackdown taking place?

Hyderabad oolcie crushes illegal silencers

As mentioned above this crackdown on modified silencers is taking place across the country. Now you may be wondering why are modified silencers being scrutinized. The answer to this is the increasing level of noise pollution.

Often these modified silencer bike riders create chaos on public roads. They rev their bikes on roads which distrubs citizens. Additionally, the also emit more harmful gasses because of the removal of catalytic converters.

Netizens reactions

Hyderabad police illegal silencer crackdown

A numeber of people in the comments of the post appreciated this action by Hyderabad police. However, a few people criticized the actions of the police authorities. They said that if these aftermarket silencers are “illegal”. Then why are shops and websites like Amazon allowed to sell them freely.

Now it may seem like a reasonable point. However, the reason behind this is that the shops and websites like Amazon sell them as “off-road” use only. This brings these silencers into a gray area. A while ago Royal Enfield also used to sell these silencers as “off-road” use only parts.

Pune Police also crushed 571 silencers

Bullet silencers crushed pune

Back in February, it was reported that the Pune police authorities, in a similar crackdown, crushed 571 illegal silencers. The authorities even went a step above to ensure these silencers are caught.

For this they issued a new WhatsApp number. This special WhatsApp number can be used by people to directly report their complaints for modified silencers.

It was also reported that in just a span of 12 days of this initiative. The Pune police managed to issue fines to 2,183 motorcycle riders with modified silencers. This drive was initiated by Pune police on February 7 in order to curb down the noise pollution created by these riders.

Hyderabad police 1000 illegal silencers

In addition to Pune, Hyderabad police have already crushed 1,000 more silencers before this recent crackdown. It was also reported that the law enforcement agencies in Margao also seized around 40 motorcycles for the same reason. At the time it registered 45 cases related to illegal modifications. It seems like more cities are joining this list of crackdowns.

Bengaluru Woman On Scooter Fined Rs 1.36 Lakh For 270 Traffic Violations

Traffic rule violations are a common occurrence in India. People often flout rules and drive recklessly. With the help of CCTV surveillance cameras installed in different parts of the city, local police are able to track such offenders and issue heavy fines against them. Here we have one such case from Bengaluru, where a woman on a Honda Activa, who used to break traffic rules regularly, was stopped by cops and issued a fine of Rs 1.36 lakh.

The images and videos of the woman on the scooter have been shared by Tv9 Kannada on their YouTube channel. In this video report, we see a woman riding a Honda Activa without a helmet. She frequently travels in Subbaiahnapalya, Cox Town in Banaswadi, and nearby areas.

She has been traveling on a Honda Activa alone and at times with a pillion. The camera installed on the road has caught the woman 207 times for traffic rule violations. In most of the pictures, she is not seen wearing a helmet or any riding gear.

Apart from not wearing a helmet, she has also skipped traffic signals and ridden the scooter on the wrong side of the road on several occasions. She was also seen talking on the phone while riding the scooter several times.

When the woman repeatedly violated the traffic rules, the cops decided to take action. Bengaluru traffic police found 207 violations against the Honda Activa scooter that the woman rides, amounting to a fine of Rs 1.36 lakh. The amount that she has to pay as a fine is much more than the actual value of her scooter itself.

Woman fined Rs 1.36 lakh
Woman fined Rs 1.36 lakh

Riding a two-wheeler without a helmet is extremely dangerous and illegal. We do not recommend doing this at all. The basic idea behind wearing a riding helmet on a two-wheeler is to protect your head from any kind of injury in case of an accident. Similarly, jumping traffic signals and riding on the wrong side of the road is also risky. We have seen several videos where this habit of people has caused accidents.

This is extremely irresponsible behavior on the road, and by doing so, you are not just risking your own life but also the lives of other innocent road users. As per the reports, the scooter and rider were traced by the cops, and the vehicle was seized.

This is not the first time we have come across a case like this from Bengaluru. Traffic rule violations and road rage incidents have become extremely common in Bengaluru. Cops have lately started taking strict action against the offenders. Last month, we came across a similar case where a Honda Activa rider from Sudhama Nagar, Bengaluru, had accumulated a staggering Rs. 3.04 lakh in traffic fines.

If the offenders fail to pay the fine, the cops not only seize the vehicle but also file a case against the offender. We have seen similar cases from Uttar Pradesh too, where a couple of girls did stunts on a moving Honda Activa scooter and ended up getting fined by the police after their video went viral. Cops issued a total fine of Rs 80,000, and the girls came forward, stating that they don’t have the money to pay the fine.

A speculative render of the Bajaj Pulsar NS400 by Abin_Designs_511

The engine and the power figures are the main highlights of this naked street-fighter motorcycle. The NS400 will be equipped with the same 373 cc engine that we have seen in the likes of the Dominar 400, KTM RC 390 and 390 Adventure.

This engine makes 40 Bhp to 43.5 Bhp on different bikes. It is not confirmed if this engine will run the same tune as the Bajaj Dominar 400, which has 40 hp of power, or the tune from KTM bikes, which deliver 43.5 hp of power. The former is likely.

Talking about the gearbox, the NS400 will feature a 6-speed gearbox combined with a slip and assist clutch. The presence of a quick-shifter in NS400 has not yet been confirmed. In terms of design and chassis, the Pulsar NS400 is expected to borrow heavily from its smaller sibling, the NS200.

Another speculative render of the Bajaj Pulsar NS400 by Abin_Designs_511

The Pulsar NS400 will be based on the NS200’s perimeter chassis, which is known for its robust handling capabilities. The chassis will undergo certain modifications to accommodate the much larger 373 cc engine. Such changes could lead to a lighter motorcycle than the 193 Kg Dominar 400, giving the NS400 an edge in agility and performance. The design of the motorcycle will be similar to other NS bikes, with some minor changes and refreshments.

The NS400 will come with similar tech, which we have seen in other Pulsar NS series bikes. This includes a fully digital console upfront with multiple trip meters, distance to empty, gear position indicator, and digital tachometer. It also offers a Bluetooth connectivity option, which will show information such as call and SMS alerts, phone battery status, signal strength status, and the option to accept or reject calls on the go using the buttons.

Additionally, it will come with an all LED setup with DRLs and USD forks. It will not compromise safety either with dual channel ABS, dual disc brakes, or traction control. The pricing for the NS400 is yet to be officially announced.

Reports suggest that it will be positioned below the Dominar 400 which is currently priced at Rs. 2.31 lakhs (ex-showroom). If priced according, the NS400 could be the most affordable 400 cc bike in the Indian market. It will compete with other motorcycles such as KTM 390 Duke, BMW G310 R and TVS Apache RTR 310.

Talking about the Pulsar range of bikes, it started back in 2001 with the Pulsar 150 and Pulsar 180. The current Pulsar lineup includes the Pulsar 125, 150, NS160, NS200, RS200, the recently launched Pulsar N250 and the Pulsar 220F. With the launch of Pulsar NS400, Bajaj will further expand its Pulsar lineup in the higher segment bikes. The Pulsar NS400 will be the biggest engined Pulsar that Bajaj has ever built. It’s expected to find a lot of buyers given the massive recall that the Pulsar brand has in India. Exports are also likely for the new bike.

After months of speculation and anticipation, Ford’s return to the Indian automotive market seems imminent. The American automotive giant is gearing up to introduce a number of exciting offerings. These new cars will be made to please the Indian automotive market. From a new compact SUV to a revamped Endeavour, there is a lot to catch up about. So without any further ado, let’s jump right into it.

Compact SUV Set to Replace Ford EcoSport

Ford C-SUV
Ford C-SUV render image

Image

One of the most anticipated offerings from Ford will be its upcoming compact SUV which CarToq reported on earlier. This new product will be filling the void left by the immensely popular EcoSport. Back in February of this year, it was reported that the company had filed a patent for this SUV.

Since then, based on the patented design, a number of renderings have emerged online. From these images, it was noted that the SUV will boast a very modern and aggressive styling. It will get a ton of cutting-edge features and a premium interior as well.

Some rumors have also suggested that Ford is expected to develop its own engine for the compact SUV. This new SUV will be positioned to rival popular models like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and other compact SUVs. An end-2025 launch seems likely for the all-new affordable Ford compact SUV.

Ford Endeavour’s Transformation and Potential Rebranding

2024 Ford Endeavour side

Another one of the biggest news is that the mighty and iconic Ford Endeavour SUV is set to make an India comeback. However, it has been reported that Ford may rebrand the Endeavour as Everest for the Indian market. This move, as per the sources, is being done to align it with the international branding of this SUV. This SUV should arrive by end-2024.

Most of the markets in which the Endeavour is sold internationally, it is called the Everest. Back in 2003, Ford could not get hold of the name Everest as it was trademarked by some other company. So they went with Endeavour. However, now they have secured the Everest nameplate so it could rename the Endeavour to Everest.

2024 Ford Endeavour interior

The revamped Endeavour/Everest is expected to feature a host of updates. These updates will include a redesigned exterior with C-shaped LED headlights and a larger grille. It will also get a modernized interior with a 12-inch vertically positioned touchscreen infotainment system.

Despite facing stiff competition from rivals like the Toyota Fortuner and MG Gloster, Ford is confident that Everest will become a success in India. The last generation of the Endeavour was the closest rival of the Toyota Fortuner.

Ford’s Affordable Electric Vehicles

Ford India EV plans

The primary reason for Ford’s India return has been reported to be its focus on electric mobility. The company is planning to capture a slice of the growing electric vehicle market of India.

For this, Ford is gearing up to unveil an all-new EV platform aimed at delivering affordable electric vehicles to Indian consumers. It will be a low-cost EV platform designed to rival entry-level Tesla models and Chinese EV brands. 2026 is when Ford’s affordable EVs are likely to hit Indian streets.

Ford Mach-E

In addition to affordable electric vehicles in India, the company is also planning to launch the Mustang Mach-E as well. This will become the first-ever fully electric offering in the country. It will be brought via the CBU route and could cost around Rs 1 crore in India. The Mach-E is likely to enter India by early 2025.

In terms of ergonomics and features, the Royal Enfield 350cc Bobber is set to offer a distinct riding experience. It will feature ape hanger handlebars and a new saddle, promoting a more upright and comfortable riding position. The motorcycle’s design includes a single-piece saddle, though some test models have been spotted with pillion seats, suggesting optional configurations for riders.

The bobber style is further accentuated by white-wall tyres and a blacked-out treatment to its cycle parts, making it stand out. Expected to be the most expensive sub-400cc motorcycle in Royal Enfield’s lineup, the Classic 350 Bobber aims to provide an exclusive riding experience, combining performance, efficiency, and style in a package that’s both accessible and desirable for enthusiasts.

Conclusion

The Jawa 42 Bobber, Indian Scout Bobber, Triumph Bonneville Bobber, and the upcoming Royal Enfield 350cc Bobber each bring a unique perspective to the bobber style in India. Toyota Fortuner Totally Damaged On One Side Seen Cruising Like a Boss [Video]

Toyota Fortuner is currently one of the most popular SUVs sold in its segment. It has been ruling this segment, especially after the Ford Endeavour left the Indian market. If you have watched the older seasons of the Top Gear automotive show, you would know that the anchors had done a series of destruction tests on a Toyota Hilux to see if it would still work after all the abuse. To their surprise, it did, and they gave the Toyota Hilux the indestructible tag. The Toyota Fortuner is also based on the same platform, and here we have a video that shows a Fortuner with completely damaged left side cruising on a highway in India.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by 🇫 🇴 🇷 🇹 🇺 🇳 🇪 🇷 (@fortunerllovers)

The video has been shared by Fortuner Lovers on their Instagram page. In this video, we see a Toyota Fortuner with serious damages on the left-hand side. Usually, when a car gets involved in such serious crashes, the owner often calls for a recovery truck to take the vehicle to the nearest service center.

In this case, though, things are different. Despite being completely wrecked on one side, we see the Toyota Fortuner moving on a highway without any issues. There is not much info available about the crash in the video.

It is possible that the SUV was T-boned by another vehicle on the highway. It is also possible that the SUV lost control and the driver crashed into the safety guards installed on the side of the highway. It is possible that some other vehicle rear-ended the Fortuner and damaged the car.

The left-side window, body panels, rear door, rear windscreen, and rear fenders are missing. The SUV is cruising on the highway as if nothing happened. The person who posted the video with a caption that said, “Despite being completely wrecked on one side, the Toyota Fortuner powers through the highway like a champion, proving its resilience and reliability on the road!”

Wrecked Fortuner cruising on highway

Toyota cars are known around the world for being extremely reliable, and the Fortuner is one among them. It looks like the SUV didn’t have any mechanical damage, and that is probably the reason why the owner was driving it in such a manner.

Safety Advice: Do Not Drive Damaged Vehicles

It is possible that the accident happened at a remote place, and the owner was left with no other option but to drive the car to the nearest dealership. He was actually lucky that the damage is only limited to the body panels.

We would never recommend anyone to drive a car that was involved in an accident. While it may look cool video that shows the reliability and build quality of the vehicle, it is extremely risky too. The only reason behind that is to avoid any damage that would happen to the car due to driving. Also there are chances that the vehicle might break down or even catch fire.

After an accident, you, as a driver, do not know what all parts are damaged in the vehicle and if it is in working condition or not. The best thing to do is to call for a recovery truck, take your car to the service center, and get it inspected and repaired before driving it. This is for your own safety as well as the safety of other road users.

Toyota Fortuner has been an absolute favourite among buyers in India despite the Japanese manufacturer increasing the price several times. The top-end varaint of the Fortuner would easily cost you over Rs 60 lakh in India. One of the major rivals of Fortuner, Ford Endeavour is all set to make a comeback to our market. It is likely to get the Everest name instead of Endeavour.

Girl Pillion Almost Falls Off As KTM Rider Tries To Impress Superbiker With Wheelie (Video)

We have written several articles on why one should not do stunts using vehicles on public roads. There have been instances where people trying to do such stunts for social media fame have ended up paying heavy fines after cops came across the videos. Two-wheeler riders with high performance motorcycle often ride recklessly and cause inconvenience to other road users. We have seen several videos that proves the same. Here we have one such video where a KTM duke rider trying to pull off a stunt in front of a suberbike rider goes wrong. The girl sitting on the pillion seat of the bike almost fell from the bike because of the stunt.

The video was shared by a Z900 rider on their YouTube channel. It features the vlogger riding a Kawasaki Ninja ZX10 R superbike through the city. The motorcycle is equipped with a loud aftermarket exhaust that attracts attention from people on the road. The vlogger records the reactions of those who are looking at his bike.

While navigating through the city, he encounters a young couple on a KTM Duke motorcycle, neither of whom are wearing helmets or any type of protective gear.

Upon spotting the superbike rider, the KTM rider accelerates and begins riding recklessly, showcasing his self-proclaimed riding skills on public roads. He performs dangerous overtakes with the girl sitting on the bike. The girl consistently looks back at the superbike. The loud exhaust note is probably very intimidating.

The superbike rider doesn’t give up and continues to tail the KTM rider. Both KTM and the superbike rider ride recklessly in the video. They squeeze the bike through narrow gaps between vehicles.

The KTM rider attempts to distance himself from the superbike, but the vlogger continues to follow the KTM rider. On a less congested road with relatively fewer vehicles, the rider tries a stunt by lifting the front wheel in a wheelie. However, the girl on the rear seat is unaware that the rider had planned something like this.

As she was not expecting him to do anything liket that, she was not holding onto the rider. As the rider lifts the front wheel, the girl loses her balance and is nearly thrown off the bike. Her legs get caught on the footrest, saving her from falling. The biker quickly realizes the mistake and brings the bike to a halt.

The superbike rider continues to follow them, and instead of advising against repeating the same mistake, he commends the KTM rider. The girl becomes panicked and is seen hitting the rider as they continue forward.

Towards the end, we witness the same KTM rider performing the wheelie again, but this time the girl is prepared and holding onto the rider. While this video may appear to be entertaining, it highlights an extremely dangerous trend. The superbike rider should have stopped following the KTM rider or maintained a safe distance.

The girl was fortunate to have escaped without falling onto the road and sustaining injuries. He should have ideally advised the KTM rider to ride carefully and wear helmet. The rider was not only risking his own life but, life of the innocent pillion. We do not see the registration number of the bike in this video.
