Harley-Davidson India is offering huge discounts on their entry-level range of motorcycles in India. The motorcycle market in India is heating up and Harley-Davidson is offering discounts and benefits on a few of their most affordable bikes, like the Street 750, Street Rod and Iron 883. The made-in-India Street 750, Street Rod and CKD bike – Iron 883 are available at a zero per cent interest rate. Harley-Davidson India is also offering free insurance and benefits of up to Rs. 50,000.
However, only one of the offers can be availed per bike. With the free interest rate loan or the Rs. 50,000 benefit, the customer will enjoy around 10% off on the ex-showroom price of the bikes.
The Harley-Davidson Street 750 is priced at Rs. 5.25 lakhs, ex-showroom, Delhi, and is the most affordable Harley-Davidson branded bike that one can buy in India. The bike is available with only a single engine option and a single variant. It is powered by a 749cc, V-Twin, liquid-cooled engine that produces a maximum power of 59 Nm. The Street Rod is also made in India and is powered by the same engine. However, the Street Rod looks more premium visually and comes with additional equipment, like bar-end mirrors.
The Harley-Davidson Iron 883 is one the most popular Harley bikes in the world. The bike is priced at Rs. 9.23 lakhs and Harley-Davidson calls it the stripped-down custom style bike. The true cruiser style design of the Harley-Davidson Iron 883 makes it unique and catches a lot of eyes. The Iron 883 gets a slammed look with a low seating position and a slammed suspension. It also gets a very unique paint with printed monikers on the tank. The Iron 883 also gets an all-black look that adds a premium and aggressive look to the bike. The Iron 883 uses the least amount of chrome giving it a very sophisticated look. The bike is powered by an air-cooled Evolution series engine of 883cc. It churns out a maximum of 70 Nm and gets Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection.
This is not the first time that Harley-Davidson is offering such a heavy discount on the bikes. Earlier this year, the brand was offering discounts on the Street series and the Roadster models.
