The Indian biking scene now boasts of an array of motorcycles that come in all shapes and sizes and also for all budgets. However, an affordable scrambler is still sometime away from us. Royal Enfield has been spied testing the scrambler version of its popular Classic 500 motorcycle too, but that will take some time to be finally production ready. Before the Jawa brand was relaunched in India, there were heavy speculations of a scrambler too in the company’s model lineup. However, that didn’t happen and we are still left waiting for a scrambler motorcycle in a budget. Here are 5 renders that showcase the 5 different designs of Jawa.

42 Scrambler – off road based

Starting the list with a scrambler, the Jawa 42 in a scrambler body looks quite good. A new tail section, short saddle, upswept silencer and the rear tail tail lamp lend the bike a typical scrambler appeal. The knobby tires further enhance its looks, as do the front beak and engine bash plate. A grille to the headlamp further adds to the Scrambler look. The render looks quite realistic and not very far fetched, which makes it even better. The 27 horses its engine produces should be enough to make this little monster go all over the dirty trails.

42 Scrambler – City Smart

Turns out that scrambler based designs are most popular for the Jawa 42. This one here is another 42 turned into a Scrambler. This one is inspired from the Ducati Scrambler and most of the bits are taken directly from the bike. This includes the tires, front fork, the tail section along with the one piece seat. There is a windshield up front and the handle bars have been equipped with knuckle guards. Undoubtly, it looks quite good and we would definitely love to see a similarly designed scrambler Jawa in real life.

Bobber

Jawa Bobber

This render came before the launch of the Jawa bikes and hence the design. The render showcases what could have been the rumored bobber Jawa. Talking of which, Jawa showcased the official Bobber at the launch too, called the Perak. The bobber here looks quite striking and has a elongated wheelbase, single seat and a cool single piece tail light on the rear fender. Other elements like the sliced silencer and short front fender too look good. The Perak and this render have quite a lot of similarities in between, which shows how good the design is.

Cafe Racer

Among the better renders we have seen of the Jawa yet, this one incorporates a cafe GT inspired look on the 42. The most striking element, however, is the gorgeous retro front cowling. The single set seat with a rear set cowling, which gives it a typical cafe racer look. The cyan paint also gives it a distinct character. The front cowling also features 42 written in white, which again is attention to detail. Though Jawa has not yet announced a cafe racer themed bike in near future, seeing this one, we definitely want to see one soon.

Scrambler

Another scrambler to end the list, this one too came out before the official unveiling of the Jawa bike. However, if the company decides to make the scrambler different from the current lineup, this design could be the ideal one. This is because it incorporates the basic Jawa DNA into a nimble scrambler body. The long striped seat, knobby tires, short front and rear fenders along with the striking silencer design all add to its scrambler looks. Scramblers are meant to be light weighted machines with minimal bodywork and this render here achieves just that.
