MG Hector after 11,000 Kms: Owner’s perspective [Video]

2019 was an year that witnessed the launch of many vehicles in the Indian market. Apart from the existing ones, new brands also made their debut last year. One was MG Motors and the other was Kia. MG was the first one to launch their product in the from of Hector mid-size SUV. Hector became a huge success in the market and the long waiting periods on the vehicle itself speak for the popularity. MG Hector is a common sight on our roads now. We had done a detailed review of Hector when it was launched but, how does the Hector feel from a owner’s perspective. That is what we have here in this video today.

The video has been uploaded by Amit Dwivedi-Power On Wheel channel where he talks about all the reasons why you should or should not buy the MG Hector. The vehicle in the video has done approximately 11,000 kms on the odo which is apt to find out how is the car performing.

The video starts by talking about some negative videos that had surfaced on the internet against Hector regarding the technical issues and so on. He says this is quite normal as the Hector that are currently being sold are from the first production batch and there is a possibility that some of the models might have encountered some issues. He also suggests that the best way to tackle those issues is by taking the car to the dealership or by getting in touch with the manufacturer.

Mg Hector Long Term Review Featured

Build quality of the Hector is a positive, be it the exterior or the interior. The video mentions specifically that even after 11,000 kms on the odo, not even a single part is broken or out of its place. Video then shows MG’s voice assistant and working of the Tesla like huge touchscreen infotainment system. Hector continues to offer a comfortable ride and the automatic gearbox comes in handy at heavy traffic situations.

Then comes the main part that Indians are most concerned about, ‘fuel efficiency’. In this video anchor is seen driving the 1.5L turbo petrol engine mated to a DCT gearbox. He says that Hector manages to give him a fuel efficiency of around 8 kmpl in bumper to bumper traffic situations. This is again as per the reading from the driver info display. So if u are planning to buy a Hector for mileage then diesel variant is the better option. The DCT’s are never known for returning good fuel efficiency.

We had conducted fuel economy tests for all the models of the Hector in the past and if you want to check how did it perform then here it is. The Hector diesel fuel economy test, Hector petrol hybrid fuel economy test, Hector petrol DCT fuel economy test.

The ban on 10 year-old diesel cars in Delhi-NCR comes with a bunch of advantages for those seeking well maintained used examples from the rest of India. One such example is this DC Design-modified Toyota Innova 2.5 Diesel, which is selling for Rs. 9.45 lakhs in the used car market. Super luxurious and relatively affordable, this DC Modified Innova is priced at Rs. 9.45 lakhs, and is of 2012 vintage. There’s a no-objection-certificate readily available for transfer of this used Innova to states outside the Delhi NCR. To get in touch directly with the seller, you may dial any of the multiple phone numbers listed in the description section of the video below.

The MPV gets a slew of changes on the outside, mainly on its slab-like sides, adding a lot of character to the profile. The front is more or less unchanged save for addition of daytime running LEDs on the bumper. On the sides, the modified Toyota Innova sits lower thanks to floor steps that lower the ground clearance and gives the vehicle a more planted look. They also make getting in and out of the MPV a breeze. There’s cladding as well, which adds some flourishes to the sides. At the rear, the bumper gets extensions. There’s a roofbox on top for luggage, and this is one touch that retains the practicality of this modified MPV. These changes complete the exterior design of the Innova.

The real changes that most people would be interested in on the inside, which has been done up very luxuriously. The MPV gets first class airline-style lounge seats at the rear, and does away with the third row of seats. This liberates massive space for those occupying the leather-clad rear seats of the vehicle. There is a privacy partition at the rear of the MPV, giving the passengers a cozy ambience and a limousine-like feel. There’s an entertainment package that forms a part of the privacy partition as well. All in all, this DC Design Innova is very well appointed, and is a lot more luxurious than the regular version.

Dc Design Innova Featured

Under the hood, this Toyota Innova features the tried and tested 2.5 liter-4 cylinder D-4D turbocharged, inter-cooled diesel engine. Known for its bomb-proof reliability, this motor makes 100 Bhp of peak power and 200 Nm of peak torque. A rear wheel drive layout is standard, along with a 5 speed manual gearbox. The first-generation Toyota Innova is known to perform reliably for lakhs of kilometers. This example should be no different if maintained well. All in all, it’s an attractive deal given the fact that it’s priced cheaper than a new Maruti Ertiga MPV.

Hyundai Creta is one of the best selling compact SUV in the country right now. It competes with cars like Maruti S-Cross, Renault Duster and recently launched Kia Seltos in its segment. Hyundai Creta is also a good looking compact SUV that is famous among the modifiers. There are many examples in India where some have customised the Creta to thier likings. When some opted for customising the interiors, some went wild with the modifications on the outside and some customised both interiors and exteriors to make it look more premium. There are many customisation houses that do these kinds of mod jobs and today we feature one such example on our website.

The video has been uploaded by India Wheels on their youtube channel and  shows a bunch of modified Hyundai Creta by Motormind. Motormind is a Bangalore-based customization house that is known for modifying various vehicles. The video shows a tastefully modified Creta. Starting from the front, it gets a redesigned front with all the chrome and silver elements or inserts taken off.

Front gets a black mesh grille with black cladding on the outside. The bumper is also re-designed, it now gets a race car inspired scoop on both sides with horizontal LED DRLs integrated to it. It also gets a huge air dam with a lower bumper lip at the front. Both air dam and the the scoop on either side of the bumper get mesh lining on the inside.

Hyundai Creta Modified Featured

Side of the Creta does not get much changes. It gets sporty black alloy wheels with side skirts. Apart from that everything remains same. Coming to the rear, one would notice numerous changes. just like the front, rear also gets no chrome and gets more of a black treatment. The rear looks sporty with those new bumper which come with integrated diffuser and sportscar inspired LED lights.  The spoiler is also new and it now houses two vertical LED lights.

The modification work is definitely fantastic and makes this Creta look sharp and stand out in the crowd. The modifications can be opted in different colour options like Red, yellow, blue, grey, black etc. Hyundai Creta is available in variety of both petrol and diesel engine options. Hyundai is also working on next-generation Creta that will be based on Kia Seltos platform. It has already been launched in International market and is likely to be launched in India later this year.

18tata Altroz Review

Altroz will be offered with two engine options: a 1.2 liter naturally aspirated triple cylinder petrol with 86 Bhp-113 Nm, and a 1.5 liter-4 cylinder turbocharged diesel with 89 Bhp-200 Nm. Both engines get 5 speed manual gearboxes as standard.

No automatic transmission is available as of now, but is expected to get one in future. Tata has already started taking the bookings and will be launching the Altroz on 22 January 2020. Just like other Tata Motors product, Altroz is also expected to be priced competitively. India’s first Maruti 800: What it drives like after being resto-modded [Video]

$

0

This is India’s very first Maruti 800 SS80, a car whose keys were personally handed over to its owner, Harpal Singh , by the then Prime Minister of the country – Indira Gandhi. While Harpal Singh used the Maruti 800 for over 25 years, the car was neglected in his final years due to ill health. Now though, it has been completely resto-modded, and ready to hit the roads again. This video takes a quick look at this iconic, resurrected Maruti 800 SS80, and shows us how it drives after the extensive resto-mod effort. AGM Technologies – a car customization outfit from Delhi – has handled this resto-mod.

The resto-modded Maruti 800 SS80 is a far cry from the car that Harpal Singh owned for most of his life. It has a total revamp, both on the outside and inside. The changes on the exterior are aimed at retaining the car’s iconic silhouette while adding bits of modernity. The squarish lines, or in other words, the original edges of the design, are maintained as is, and the car’s painted in a classic red shade.

The front end gets round projector headlamps from Hella while turn indicators and DRLs are nicely integrated within the rectangular headlamp housings that the original design featured. The grille sees a full revamp. The bumper is a metal item, and is finished in matte black. As a sporty touch, there’s a bumper extension at the bottom of the front end. The 12 inch wheels have been swapped out for gorgeous alloy wheels which are now shod with meatier 165 section tubeless tyres.

Maruti 800 Resto Mod Featured 2

The interiors get a full resto-mod as well, with the original dashboard now getting a carbon fiber faux wrap and a neatly packaged tachometer. The original instrument cluster now gets backlit in red while the seats are newly upholstered. The steering is new, and the resto-modders have added a power steering and brakes, both features absent on the first Maruti 800s to be sold in India. Other feature additions include a stereo, air conditioning and fuel injection for the 796cc, triple cylinder F8D petrol engine, which operates with a 4 speed manual gearbox.

As Vlogger TurboXtreme indicates in his video blog, the resto-modded Maruti 800 feels like a vintage car to drive. This isn’t surprising given the fact that this car is over 30 years of age. The resto-mod job cost about Rs. 6 lakh, and this includes the total overhaul of the car, including the engine, transmission and suspension. If you want to restore any classic car, you may get in touch with AGM Technologies, whose contact details are in the video’s description section.

BS6 Toyota Innova Crysta pricing revealed: Bookings officially open

Toyota Kirloskar Motors Limited (TKML) has officially opened bookings for the BS6 Innova Crysta – one of India’s best selling MPVs. The price range for the BS6 trims of the Toyota Innova Crysta has also been announced. Prices for the BS6 Innova Crysta will start from Rs. 15.36 lakhs, ex-showroom Delhi, for the base trim, going all the way up to Rs. 24.06 lakhs for the top-of-the-line Touring Sport trim. Supply of the BS6 Toyota Innova Crysta will begin from next month, in a phased model, subject to availability of BS6 fuel.

2018 Toyota Innova Crysta

The price increase from BS4 to BS6 has been quite modest. While the BS4 petrol base trim of the Toyota Innova Crysta is priced at Rs. 15.13 lakhs, the BS6 trim of the same variant is only Rs. 23,000 pricier. In case of the top-end Touring Sport Diesel trim, the BS4 trim is priced at Rs. 23.67 lakhs while the BS6 trim is pricier by Rs. 39,000, which again seems to be a modest increase. Notably. Toyota has also added safety equipment to the BS6 variants of the Innova Crysta, which now get Vehicle Stability Control(VSC), Hill Assist Control(HAC) & Emergency Brake Signal(EBS) as standard safety features across all trims.

From the looks of it, Toyota India seems to have absorbed much of the price increase caused due to the transition from BS4 to BS6 (Bharat Stage 6) emission norms. It remains to be seen if the same approach is followed for the Toyota Fortuner SUV as well. Other automakers may also follow a similar approach given the fact that the Indian car market is in the midst of a severe slowdown, and that a big price increase could further dampen demand and slow down the recovery process.

The BS6 variant of the Toyota Innova Crysta is expected to be offered with three engine options, just like the Bs4 trims. The engines include 4 cylinder petrol and turbocharged diesels with varying displacements. While the Petrol is a 2.7 liter unit, the diesels are 2.4 liter and 2.8 liter turbocharged units. 5 speed and 6 speed manual gearboxes are standard across the 2.7 liter petrol and 2.4 liter diesel respectively, while the 2.8 liter diesel gets a 6 speed torque converter automatic diesel as standard. All variants of the Innova Crysta are rear wheel driven.

Meanwhile, Mr. Naveen Soni, Senior Vice President, Sales & Service said,

The Government, auto industry and oil industry have together worked tirelessly with full commitment to usher in the cleaner BS-VI emission norms in a record time. Under these norms, the regulatory vehicle emission limits for particulate matter 2.5 (PM 2.5) will be same irrespective of the size of the car as well as for cars that run on CNG, petrol or diesel. It is indeed a proud moment for us to present BS-VI Innova Crysta, as we open bookings for it today at a celebratory price for a limited time period and customer orders for limited number. The launch of the BS-VI Innova Crysta, is a crucial step towards achieving the goal of minimizing emissions for a sustainable future. Innova Crysta comes with BS-VI compliant engine, an improvement of the already powerful GD-Series engines, promising low emissions and higher efficiency. We thank our customers for their unwavering support and trust in Innova Crysta and believe this BS-VI Innova Crysta will offer them the best driving experience with powerful performance, luxurious features, comfort and most importantly safety.

Accidents are one of the most common sights on the Indian roads, especially on the highways. Helping road accident victims is something that is considered as trouble for many, especially because many get tangled in the legal matter. Well, there are many who do not consider all these troubles and get into quick action whenever they notice an accident victim. Well, here is a politician who stopped for road accident victims and helped the people to reach the hospital.

The incident happened near Nayakguda, Malkangiri in Odisha. Chitrakonda MLA, Purna Chandra Baka was travelling through the district when he spotted three accident victims travelling on a bike lying on the side of the road. Baka immediately asked the convoy to stop and help the accident victims. He can be seen getting down from the vehicle and helping the victims.

The politician, Baka then gave a ride to all the three accident victims to a nearby hospital for the treatment. The report also says that Baka took updates on the recovery of the victims and all three of them were stable.

Odisha Mla Crash Rescue Featured

The victims – two ladies and one guy were travelling on a motorcycle when the accident took place. It is not known how exactly the accident happened but all three of them were found on the side of the road. The video of the MLA rescuing the victims indicate that the people were not seriously injured but none of them can be seen wearing a helmet, which can be dangerous and is also illegal. All three of them were travelling on a single motorcycle, which again is illegal as per the MV Act.

Nonetheless, the effort of the MLA has become viral on the Internet and he has received applause from many people across the country. It should be noted that helping an accident victim should be a priority. Since the first aid and the first treatment of the accident victims is very crucial, every motorist should take care of the accidents and ensure that the victims reach the hospital in time.

Helping road accident victims has become very easy when compared to olden times. The government has ensured that the people who help the victims do not get involved in any kind of legalities. This is something that will encourage motorists in the future to help road accident victims. Also, the 108 emergency ambulance services are active almost throughout India. Calling the 108 if you cannot take the victim to the nearby hospital can also save time and save the victims. It should be the duty of every motorist to help the road accident victims in any way they can. To promote this, many state governments have even announced cash prizes for such people.

It wouldn’t be wrong if we say that Mahindra Thar is the most modified vehicle or car in India. Every Thar that is currently there on road will have some sort of modification done to it. The modifications could start from simply putting alloy wheels to a complete remap of the exterior and interiors. This time around we have a Thar that gets an extensive modification job on it. The 2-door Thar has been converted completely to be a four door SUV. The video has been uploaded by Dayakaran vlogs on their youtube channel which explains the work done on this Mahindra Thar.

The video starts by showing the exteriors of the SUV. It looks very unique and gets an orange and black gloss paint finish. The modifications start right from the headlights which are LEDs now. The front grille gets a transformers movie inspired design at the front with a redesigned bumper. The bumper houses LED fog lamps and the electronic winch. The fenders have been redesigned too to accommodate the new 17 inch fat tyres. The fender also gets a LED strip which acts as turn indicator.

Coming to the side profile of the car, you notice that it is now missing those big doors and looks at bit longer than normal Thar. That is because the modification house has used the body of an old Mahindra MM550. The car now gets 4 door and gets very comfortable electronically adjustable seats that are taken from Skoda Superb.

4 Door Thar Featured

Coming to the rear, The flared wheel arch houses the huge alloy wheel and the rear buper which is redesigned gets LED tail lights, reverse lamp and turn indicators. The huge spare tyre is also mounted at the rear. The Jeep is a open roof type one and gets roll cage installed on it. The engine of this Thar has also been changed. It now gets an imported 3.1 L engine that is mated to an automatic instead of manual gearbox. It continues to offer 4×4 with low ratio gearbox. This Thar has been modified by a custom house in Punjab and it took them around 4 months to complete this project according to the video.

Mahindra is working on an all-new Thar, which is almost launch ready. The 2nd generation Thar is likely to be launched at the 2020 Indian Auto Expo. It’ll be offered with a 2.2 liter turbo diesel engine, 4X4, cruise control and a factory fitted hard top option.

Doctor plasters Toyota Innova with cow dung for daughter’s wedding: Here’s why

$
0
0

There are quite a few unique ways of seeing off the daughter in traditional Indian marriages. In the past, we have seen father bidding farewell to newly wedded couples in helicopter among many other ways. A doctor from Kolhapur did something very unique on his daughter’s wedding. He pasted the wedding car with cow dung.

The doctor, who is known as Navnath Dudhal from Kolhapur coated the wedding car with cow dung. The visitors who exclaimed at the cow dung wrapped vehicle later realised that the doctor was promoting the use of the same. The doctor believes that cow dung can cure cancer and remove all other illness from a human body. That is why Dr Dadhal took the opportunity to promote the use of cow dung.

Mr Dudhal also added that the risks of global warming are increasing and that is why the indigenous cows are becoming important for the conservation of the environment. He also said that dunging the vehicle with cow dung reduces the temperature of the cabin. Further, Mr Dudhal said that the cow dung protects the occupants from mobile radiation. As per the doctor, it takes three buckets of water to wash the car daily and putting a layer of cow dung saves water too. He says that with the cow dung coat on the car, he wants to promote water-saving and protect the environment.  The cow dung coated Toyota Innova also has flowers and garlands on it. The couple also posted a picture of themselves with the car.

Innova Cow Dung Featured

This is not the first instance where a person has applied a coat of cow dung on their vehicles. During the last summer season, many from various parts of India started applying cow dung on their vehicle to make sure that the cabin temperature remains low. However, there is no scientific explanation given by them.

While it is true that applying cow dung on the mud houses keeps the interior cool, the same theory cannot be held for a car, which is made out of metal. Also, the doctor claims that adding the cow dung will reduce mobile radiation but there is no study that proves the same. It should be noted that no study on the medical effects of the cow dung or cow urine has not been proved. Nonetheless, it is becoming a new trend in the country.

In the past, an owner of Toyota Corolla Altis coated her vehicle with cow dung. A few weeks later, a Mahindra XUV500 was spotted with a similar cow dung coat.

Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 vs Suzuki Gixxer in a drag race [Video]

One of the latest fully faired bike that was launched in the Indian market was Suzuki Gixxer SF 155. Compared to the earlier version, the updated Gixxer SF looks more sportier and attractive and is a bike that will grab people’s attention on road. Main attraction in the updated Gixxer is the uniquely designed LED headlamps. In the past we have featured many drag races between bikes, cars, or bike and car. Here we have one such video which shows a drag race between the new updated Suzuki Gixer SF 155 and a Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 street naked bike. Who won the race? let’s have a look at the video to find out.

The video has been uploaded by 100kmph Biker and the video shows both Pulsar NS 160 and Gixxer 155 engaged in a Drag race on an empty stretch of road. The race is conducted in 2 rounds. In first round, as soon as the race starts, Gixxer can be seen taking the lead and the gap between the bikes keep on increasing. After a point they turn the bikes and race back to the start position, Gixxer again takes the lead and maintains it till the end.

Then in second round, riders switch the bikes and start racing again. This time surprisingly NS takes the lead and Gixxer is left behind later the rider explains that he had missed a gear and that is why he was left behind. On their way back to the start line NS takes the lead again and wins the second round. Gixxer rider is surprised and asks for the weight of the rider on NS, then another rider comes and they take another round to be sure of the results and Gixxer clearly won the race.

Pulsar Ns 160 Vs Gixxer Featured

Gixxer SF 155 and Pulsar NS 160 even though have more or less the same engine capacity, they both are motorcycles built for entirely different purpose. Gixxer is meant for touring whereas the NS is a street naked motorcycle. On papers because of the extra 5-cc, NS 160 is more powerful than the Gixxer. The Gixxer’s 155-cc engine produces 13.9 bhp whereas the Pulsar NS 160 produces 15.2 Bhp. Then how did it lose the race?.

Well that could be because of various reasons like, the Gixxer in comparison to the NS is a new motorcycle and is well maintained. The other factors that could have affected the result was the way the riders were riding the motorcycle, weight of the motorcycle and rider. The full-fairing on the Gixxer would have also helped it pierce through the air and the naked design on NS would have trapped air creating a drag. This does not mean NS 160 is a bad motorcyle, if the motorcycle was well maintained and had a lighter rider then things would have been different altogether.

Hyundai has been testing the all-new Creta in the Indian market for some time now and the updated version is expected to be similar to the Hyundai ix25, which is the Chinese version of the car. The second-generation Hyundai Creta will get a new split headlamp set-up, which is quickly becoming a norm in the Indian market. Also, the all-new vehicle will get a new grille, new bumper and a slew of other changes that make it look completely different from the current version. On the side, the upcoming Hyundai Creta will get a slightly different shape with new alloy wheels. At the rear, the all-new Creta will get split LED tail lamps among other things.

The cabin will also become much more advanced and may get an all-black theme. Hyundai will also add modern features including the 10.25-inch infotainment system with the BlueLink system, air purifier and other such features. Hyundai has always been known for their long feature list and the Creta is expected to follow the similar lines.

The all-new Hyundai Creta will get powered by a different set of engines. To start with, the engines of the Hyundai Creta will be similar to the Kia Seltos. We may get to see the 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine on the Creta too. However, the other two engines, 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol and the 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine options will be available with the Hyundai Creta when it launches in the Indian market.

The upcoming Hyundai Creta will make the competition stiffer in the segment. Currently, the Kia Seltos has claimed the top position on the sales chart but Hyundai Creta bounced back last month and reclaimed the top position.

Maruti will launch the updated Vitara Brezza in the Indian market soon. The first sub-4m compact SUV from the brand, the Vitara Brezza is an exceptionally popular car in the Indian market and more than 5 lakh units of the car are already sold in the Indian market. However, the current version of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza gets powered only by a 1.3-litre diesel engine option. Maruti Suzuki has officially announced that they will discontinue the diesel-powered vehicles in the Indian market when the new BS6 emission compliance norm is implemented in the market.

Maruti Brezza Sports Limited Edition

According to a report on ACI, the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is ready for production and the launch will happen on 5th February 2020, on the first day of Auto Expo. The updated Vitara Brezza will get powered by the 1.5-litre petrol engine that also powers the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and the Ciaz. This engine produces a maximum power of 105 PS and peak torque of 138 Nm and is expected to produce the same power and torque in the upcoming car.

The report also mentions that Maruti Suzuki will equip the upcoming Vitara Brezza with an automatic transmission too. The current version of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza gets an AMT automatic transmission. However, with the upcoming vehicle, there will be a 4-speed torque convertor transmission alongside the 5-speed manual. The upcoming vehicle will get the mild-hybrid SHVS system only with the automatic version. The manual version of the car will not get the SHVS system. Maruti Suzuki will not offer features like ESP and hill-hold assist with the upcoming version of the car.

The upcoming Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza will not be an all-new car. Instead, it will be a facelift that will be powered by a new engine. The cosmetic updates of the upcoming Vitara Brezza include a new grille with new bumpers and headlamps. The shape of the headlamps remain the same but there are internal changes that make the headlamp look different. Apart from these slight changes, there will be faux skid plates at the front and the rear of the vehicle. Maruti Suzuki will also offer new diamond-cut alloy wheels with the top-end version of the car.

There will be new paint schemes too. The two new shades that will be available with the car are Sizzling Red and Torque Blue. The updated version of the Vitara Brezza will continue to offer the dual-tone exterior paint scheme.

On the inside, we may get to see a wireless phone charger and a tweaked infotainment system but there will no sunroof. Since the vehicle will get powered by the 1.5-litre petrol engine, the vehicle will lose out on some of the price advantages. This will also make the car priced at a similar level to the current diesel-powered Vitara Brezza.

Just like SUV segment, MPV space has also witnessed quite some movements in the past couple of years. Even though it is still ruled by cars Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Toyota Innova Crysta, we saw the introduction of new MPVs like Mahindra Marazzo, Mercedes V-Class and Renault Triber which is a sub-4 metre compact MPV. South Korean car maker Kia Motors also plans to launch their premium or luxury MPV Kia Carnival later this year in the Indian market. Amidst all this, it seems like Mitsubishi is also planning to launch a new product for India. Mitsubishi’s Xpander MPV was recently spotted testing here on our roads.

Mitsubishi Xpander Mpv 3

Mitsubishi was a very popular brand back in the day but, lost its charm in India due to various reasons like rising competition, limited products, price and of course dealership networks. Mitsubishi currently sells only two models in India- One is Pajero Sport whereas the other is the Mitsubishi Outlander. If launched, the XPander will be their third offering in Indian market.

The Xpander is basically a 7-seater MPV that will rival with Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. Xpander is not a new model and is already being sold in other Asian markets like Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia. It looks similar to the model sold abroad. The front design looks quite unique with ‘X’ shaped wide grill with sleek DRL at the end. The headlamp is placed on the bumper and the turn indicator is placed under it. Chrome garnish that runs on both sides of the grille give it a premium appeal. The fog lamps have been placed on the lower part of the bumper.

Mitsubishi Xpander Mpv 2

The Xpander has a proper MPV character from the side. It has those small wheels with dual tone alloys in them and there is a strong shoulder line starting from the tail section and ends somewhere after the front door handle. Just like the front, rear also has an ‘X’ shape design at the rear with boomerang shaped tail lights. from the picture it is evident that Xpander will have 3 rows of seat and will be a 7-seater MPV.

Mitsubishi Xpander Mpv 1

Internationally, Mitsubishi Xpander uses a 1.5L, 4-cylinder, petrol engine that generates a maximum of 105 PS and 141 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 5-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission. We expect to see the Mitsubishi Xpander launch in India later this year. Assembly through the completely knocked down (CKD) kit route is likely.
