Bugatti makes one of the most expensive vehicles in the world and there are many who wish to own one. The French automobile maker’s Chiron is one of the most expensive vehicles that you can buy in this world and there are only a few of them. While there are no modern-day Bugatti models, UAE, which is only a few hours of flight away from India is a hub of such cars. UAE has one of the highest numbers of supercars in the region and is also home to one of the most expensive number plates ever. Here is a registration on a Bugatti Chiron that costs more than the double of the price of the vehicle!

In the video made by Mo Vlogs, a Bugatti Chiron is shown with numberplates worth Rs 52 crores! The car belongs to a friend for Mo Vlogs and he has mentioned that a brand-new Bugatti Chiron’s base price is Rs 25 crore in Dubai, which can increase with the optional extras and customisation. Well, we are not sure about the customisation that this vehicle gets but it gets a custom registration number that costs a whopping $7,000,000 that roughly translates into Rs 52 crore! It is more than the double price of the Bugatti itself.

There are many who spend crores of rupees in UAE to get customised number plates. The numbers are even auctioned to get the highest value possible from the buyers. This video explains that registration numbers in Dubai are transferable and buying a customised number plate is like an investment. The worth of the registration number increases over the years and the owner can later sell it for a handsome amount of money.

It should be noted that Rs 52 crore for registration may sound like a hefty amount but an Indian spent about Rs 60 crore in an auction to get his favourite registration number. He has put on his brand-new Rolls Royce, which costs much less than a Bugatti. The same man had spent Rs 44 crore for another registration plate and there are many such people in UAE. It is a source of income for the government.

The most expensive number plate ever in this world is from the UK. The registration plate “F1” has a value of Rs 132 crore. A Bugatti Veyron uses the F1 registration number and it is spotted often doing rounds around London. Back in India, the most expensive registration number that has ever been auctioned belongs to a businessman from Kerala. The registration number is worth Rs 31 lakh and is used on a Porsche 718 Boxster.

Talking about the Bugatti Chiron Sport, it is one of the most powerful production cars ever built. The hypercar comes powered by a massive 8.0-litre W12 engine that gets Quad-turbocharger. The engine develops a massive 1,479 Bhp and can make the Chiron do 0-100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds. The top speed is limited at 420 km/h. The Chiron has extensive use of carbon fibre to ensure that it has minimal weight and it is much quicker than the standard Chiron.
